Last week at Big Lots, I picked up 2 boxes of single serve Jello pudding, one chocolate, one vanilla. Tonight I experimented with some flavor combinations and found them to be superb! The recipe calls for one envelope of pudding & 1/2 cup whole milk. I poured about 3 ounces of Raspberry vodka in the measuring cup and then added in the milk. I poured that over the pudding mix and used a wire whisk to beat it for 90 seconds. Right now it's chillin', so in about 5 minutes I will succumb to this tasty experiment.
